Good
The resort.once inside the resort u feel like you are in Bali.
The staff is not trained to manage such a Big resort. The house keeping staff and restaurant staff are unorganised. They only give Kichidi for 2 yr old free of charge which tastes really bad.rest everythg is charged.

It was overall a pleasant stay, check in could be better
I liked the room size and the beds. I loved the community aspect of it and had one of the best gym facilities. The dinner buffet was good but bit pricey.
My room was changed 3 times, I had request for 2 separate beds and one rolling bed for me and my 2 children for us to each sleep in our own bed. The first room only had King size bed, then we were transferred to next room which had the separable King Size bed but the mattress was King Size then we had to wait quite a while to get this sorted. We lost 2 hours at the check in and then almost 3 hours with the shift in rooms & beds.

Only worth during off peak season
Liked the overall cleanliness of this property. It has been very well maintained and looked after its cleaning and gardening staff. Also the outdoor shower area in the room was great
Lobby was always too crowded and chaotic. Owner of this property has tried to replicate Bali but doesn't give any vibes of Bali due to Chaos and loud music. Also the large LCD screens running Ads of the property and cabinets displaying Awards take away the pristineness similar to that of Bali. Restaurant is too small given the amount of guests this property can handle, again always is very chaotic. It could have been a much larger space for a resort spread across 90+ acres of land. Food was okay too. Not at par with 5-star resort level. Infinity pool instead of Sunset point terrace would add so much value to the property
